Products and availability
We sell software licences, digital resources and own-IP physical merchandise through online channels. The product listing defines what you are buying. Availability depends on a published purchasable listing; development-roadmap content is not an offer for sale.
Prices and orders
Review the final order total, applicable taxes and any shipping costs at checkout before paying. Only payment methods actually shown at checkout can be used. If no payment method is available, payment cannot be completed. Fulfilment begins after payment confirmation.
Our digital resources
Our current learning products are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal and 12 months of updates. The listing states permitted users or classrooms, included materials, support, compatibility and delivery. Copyright and resale rights are not transferred. Do not redistribute, sublicense or resell the supplied resources unless the product licence expressly permits it.
Third-party software licences
The named publisher’s licence terms also apply. Check edition, licence period, activation region, supported devices and account requirements before buying. Third-party tools, subscriptions and accounts are not included with our learning resources unless explicitly stated. Publisher names identify their products and do not by themselves imply partnership or endorsement.
Physical merchandise
Physical products use the specifications, variants and delivery arrangements in their listings. Buying an item does not transfer rights to reproduce its artwork, characters or designs. See shipping and delivery.
Responsible use
AI-assisted resources support learning, planning and revision. You remain responsible for accuracy checks, privacy, academic integrity, institutional rules and final decisions. We do not promise specific academic, career or business outcomes.
Problems, cancellation and refunds
For digital content, we do not offer an additional satisfaction guarantee or change-of-mind refund period. Where you expressly consent to immediate supply, acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right and receive the required confirmation, that right ends once supply begins. Defects, non-supply and other statutory remedies remain covered. See the refund and cancellation policy. This does not retrospectively change earlier purchases.
