A complete worked example
The final essay makes a weaker claim than the first thesis, and a much better argument. Every change came from the learner's own decisions, informed by questions and checks. The integrity log shows exactly what was asked and what was kept.
The example is fictional: it demonstrates the method and is not evidence of results for any particular person.
