Set up the conversation coach in templates/01-conversation-coach.md (10 minutes).
Pick one scenario card from templates/02-scenario-cards.md and run your first conversation (15 minutes).
A complete worked example
Conversations succeeded first and became more accurate after. Two corrections per session were enough to see a real pattern. Retrieval worked because Ken had to produce the phrase from a situation, not recognise it.
The example is fictional: it demonstrates the method and is not evidence of results for any particular person.
