Each card says when to use it, what to decide, the rules for deciding, which template it fills and an optional prompt. The prompts are optional; every card works on paper.

Copy the templates/workspace-starter/ folder to where you keep your notes (5 minutes).
Follow Tutorial 1 in templates/04-tutorials.md to capture your first source and write your first concept note (20 minutes).
A complete worked example
The most useful link was not the obvious one. By refusing to link two notes as "similar", the student found the real shared idea, concentration, and now studies it once for both courses. Every fact still traces to a handout and locator.
The example is fictional: it demonstrates the method and is not evidence of results for any particular person.
