Worked example: a four-week fractions unit at home
The week-2 check caught a misconception — bigger denominator means bigger fraction — that would have been hidden if the plan had simply moved on. The unit took one extra half-week, and the plan bent around a sick day without anything being lost.
The example is fictional: it demonstrates the method and is not evidence of results for any particular person.
