A complete worked example
Worked example: one 30-day sprint
The plan changed three times, each time because of a recorded attempt. The biggest last-week gain came from identifying a time-management error that looked like a knowledge error. Your sprint will look different: replace the topics, rules and questions with your own, and recheck every fact against your official materials.
The example is fictional: it demonstrates the method and is not evidence of results for any particular person.
